So I went today to try and 3D print my valve to get a better sense of scale. Apparently there are parts of this valve that are simply too small for the printer in wood shop to be able to print. I was given a contact in the engineering department and was able to meet with him today. I am going to go there again tomorrow afternoon and build a valve instead of printing it. this should be interesting considering its total height is 5/8". I have to reconfigure my drawings and cut out the tiny pieces and try to assemble them:) My goal is to have a working model for critique!!
